Today we rented a 5-passenger quad and took to the Arizona desert trails with Eric, Beth, two other couples and a couple of single guys one driving a dirt bike and the other an old ATV. If you find yourself in or near Florence, AZ, be sure to call Desert Vista ATV Rentals & Tours (480) 789-1345 and they'll set you up with a first-class ATV, helmet, goggles, full tank of gas and bottled water. They drop off the ATV wherever you want and pick it up when you done ... what a good deal. We were on the trail from 8:30 until 4:30 and had so much fun. Denis, Daniel and I took turns driving. Some of the trails were narrow with steeps drops, switchbacks and lots of gullies, dips, ruts and rocks. So much fun!

Boy are we tired but we some how managed to grill up a couple of chicken breasts, boil some baby potatoes and whip together a coleslaw. The guys needed pool and hot tub therapy but I enjoyed a hot shower and a good hair conditioner.
