We've been doing a lot of walks around the park, getting in our 10,000 a day, but it's been a while since we drove to a trail head and took a good hike. Sedona is famous for their scenic trails and we choose the Red Rock area which we think is beautiful. Planned on getting out in the morning because it's cooler but it didn't pan out that way. Hiking in the noon day sun is intense and my pace was slower than usual with lots of water stops.
Today is Denis' 64th birthday and he has a hankering for Italian food. Tonight we have reservations at a Yelp recommended restaurant and I'll let you know all about it tomorrow. So stay tuned. I can tell you that this morning we played the Beatles song "When I'm 64" and we danced to it. Yeah, we still got it!

| We were looking for the new difficult trail but ended up on a shady trail which was fine with me |

| They like to name all their rocks like Twin Nuns, Castle Rock, Rabbit Ears, etc. |
