We weathered the hurricane in my parent's driveway. There was a lot of rain & wind but no damage here, fortunately. The storm hit on Sunday and today, Monday, is absolutely beautiful with blue skies, sunshine and clean, fresh air. Mom & dad are becoming frail and need more help. They have regular visits from social services, a nurse, a home health aide and meals on wheels. I'd like to see them stay in their home for as long as possible. We're looking forward to the beaches of Maine.
