Still Recuperating

It's been almost four weeks since my bike accident.  Went for x-rays and they determined I fractured my elbow.  Then I went to see an orthopedic surgeon and he said I didn't need a cast but it's very important to stretch the muscles.  I cannot believe how quickly muscles atrophy.  We're in Wildwood, FL and today we went to see Winter the dolphin from the movie Dolphin Tales.  We enjoyed the movie and the Clearwater Marine Aquarium is only about an hour away so we decided to visit.  The Aquarium is a "rescue, rehab & release" facility but some of the creatures cannot be released, like Winter, who lost her tail and has been fitted with a prosthetic.  If you're ever in the area, it's worth a visit.  The volunteers who work there are truly amazing.

One of the things I've had plenty of time to do is create healthy meals.  Isn't this one colorful?  Broccoli, sweet potatoes with lemon chicken.
