Today is the one year anniversary of my mom's passing and I wanted to honor her in today's blog. Those of you that have lost a parent know the hole that is left in their passing. I miss the simple pleasure of calling mom and laughing about something silly. I miss going out for lunch with her at the local Chinese restaurant because she'd have a craving for their scallop specialty. I just plain miss her.
