Zion Canyon Scenic Drive Shuttle

Walked to the Zion Human History Museum and watched a very information 20 minute film.  After lunch, we took the Zion shuttle all the way to the end of the scenic drive to the Temple of Sinawava which is the gateway to The Narrows.  We will not be hiking The Narrows because 60% of the hike is spent wading, walking and swimming in the Virgin River. The current is swift and the water is cold.

Instead we rode the shuttle to Weeping Rock and hiked the steep half-mile trail where dripping springs create hanging gardens and then we walked part of the trail along Hidden Canyon.

We didn't see any bighorn sheep, mule deer or mountain lions but we did see other wildlife that I'll share with you in pictures.

We had a nice day at a slower pace that I enjoyed very much.
