HOW DOES A DAY SLIP BY SO QUICKLY?

After yesterday's adventures, we planned on "kicking back" and relaxing a bit.  One of my quirks is eating and reading at the same time, especially during breakfast and lingering cups of coffee and that's how I began my day.  Every morning, Denis and I read the daily scripture, gospel and reflection from an app we found called Laudate.  It's a nice way to keep God a priority in our lives.

Denis ordered two new Samsung Galaxy S III's because occasionally when we try to make a call nothing happens and we have to re-boot.  I didn't want another phone because of the hassle of setting the phone up with all my favorite apps, contacts, etc.   His project for the day was trying to set up his phone and after hours of talking to Verizon tech support he ended up returning both phones and said he'll live with the minor inconvenience of having to re-boot his phone.  

Remember I started off by saying today was a kick-back day.  I spent the day reading a good book on my Kindle, practicing my yoga and meditation, took a walk around the park and nature trail, and soaked up the sunshine while it was out.  

Denis decided he was going to fix the steps "tighten them up" which turned out to be a greasy and frustrating job, return the cell phones and pick up a few things at Walmart.  Does that sound like "kicking back" to you?

A severe thunderstorm warning has been in effect all day today but thankfully nothing so far.

Did anyone attend the march against Monsanto?  They had a march here in Rapid City but I didn't learn about it until 3PM and it was over by 4PM.
