Don't blink or you'll miss the town of Chicken. It was supposedly named by early miners who wanted to name their camp ptarmigan, but were unable to spell it and settled on chicken, the common name in the North for ptarmigan. It's an active gold mining town and we saw miners along the drive doing their thing. Hope you enjoy the photos.
