ANOTHER BUSY DAY

Another long day for us.  Got up early to get to La Mesa RV for a fuel filter change.  This is the last of thing we need to have done and I'm glad. Next time we'll be sure they do all the routine maintenance in one day.

Saw a large herd of sheep on the
way to Arizona Marketplace
Again, we needed to kill time while they worked on the coach so we went to the Arizona Marketplace for a while.  I found a pair of black capris that fit very nice, a colorful top and a knit sweater.  For a very reasonable price, I have a very nice new outfit.  I'll get Denis to take a photo to share with you.

Spent $3.00 for a large, ripe papaya, mango and five pears.   Thought that was a pretty good deal also.

Thought we'd be out of the service bay by noon, but that didn't happen (surprise, surprise).   I Googled gluten-free restaurants in the area and came up with Julieanna's Patio Cafe.  Glad we had a GPS to find it because it was nestled in between medical buildings.  But what a find.  The patio was sunny with lots of trees, a peacock and parrots.  The food was fabulous and the service friendly.

Colorful and fun to watch

I enjoy going to new places

Salads were awesome
Denis topped his with salmon
I topped mine with pepper
seared tuna

This guy walks around begging for food
After lunch, we went back to La Mesa and the coach was waiting for us.

It's nice to be back at the campground and settled in with no where to go for a few days.

Hope you had a wonderful day and God bless.  Thanks for stopping in to say hi.

  1. What a wonderful meal for lunch I love both , but would rather have the tuna. Nice that you have you coach all serviced.

  2. Looking at the bright side if they had done the filter the first time you wouldn't have found the clothes you bought. If they had been done by noon you'd have never found that nice restaurant.
    Be safe and Enjoy!

    It's about time.
