WE FIT

Arrived at my Aunt Donna's on Sunday.  We had been wondering if our new coach would fit in her driveway with our extra 6' tail.  The good news is we fit with some room to spare.  Of course, putting out all three slides takes up even more space but her car fits and we have permission to park our car in the neighbors driveway.

We fit with room to spare
We're very happy that the house painting business has picked up and find ourselves busy.   Denis has been meeting with the crews and checking over the job sites.  I've been scheduling estimates, typing up proposals and talking with the customers.

Denis is great at keeping my aunt's house well maintained.  Every year we have to re-stain the deck and do a little routine maintenance.  This year, we were welcomed by skunks under the deck and needed to call a professional to have it removed.   The front and rear outdoor faucets have always been a source of irritation and I called our plumber friend Tommy from Tri-County Plumbing & Heating to replace them.

I'm not sure I mentioned it before but when we traded in the coach we were able to take the brand-new mattress, TV and recliners.  Those have been in storage all winter in Jacksonville and we picked them up on our way back to Massachusetts. It was "inconvenient" having a queen-size mattress in our bathroom during the 4-day trip back but we managed.  The point I'm making is the recliners look very nice at my aunt's, Denis hung the TV in the basement, the mattress replaces the air mattress in the guest bedroom and all is well in the Beaudry house.

Our summer itinerary is full and the summer is going to fly by but it's going to be fun visiting all our family and friends.

Thanks for stopping in to say hi.
