MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL

Drove into San Diego to attend the Moscow Ballet perform their rendition of the Nutcracker and to visit the San Diego Zoo.  Before driving back to Yuma home base, we went to the fishing pier to buy fresh off-the-boat swordfish for Christmas dinner.

Perfect sunny and cool day to visit - Animals were active and we spent the entire day
We experienced some excitement including a charging rhino, a Jaguar running, pouncing and growling towards where we were standing, a dog and mountain lion living together as best buddies, seeing a newborn giraffe with his mom and the ring tailed lemurs putting on a comical show with their playful antics.

African penguins are adorable

Caught the penquins swimming and they're fast

Beautiful flamingos

Christmas was in full swing with Santa, his elves, shows and lights

First time we've experienced the excitement of waiting for the fish market to open

Mr & Mrs Claus headed the park parade

Copley Symphony Hall - Moscow Ballet's Great Russian Nutcracker performed here
Tonight is Christmas Eve and the park is having an appetizer social with music and dancing which we'll be sure to attend.

Merry Christmas to all and a happy, healthy and prosperous New Year.  God Bless.
