Big E
We had a beautiful sunny, cool day at the Big E yesterday. Started with fried dough for breakfast, stuffed Maine potato and veggie gyro for lunch and blueberry cobbler for dessert... yum. The circus was really entertaining this year and I enjoyed it very much. We spent more money on doo-dads that anticipated but got some fun things. Like an engraved wooden sign for our coach, 10 pairs of fun socks, Emu lotion, a glue that replaces all other glues and welcome flags.
Walked this morning for Alzheimer's around the Holyoke Community campus. I don't know how much they raised but the gym was filled with people. Last year they raised over $9,000. Hopefully, they did as well this time.
