| Nothing better than a beach view, good people & good food |
No, we haven't dropped off the face of the earth... time just slipped by. We brought dad to Kathleen's beach house for Ken's birthday and spent three nights there. The weather was beautiful and we had a wonderful time. Three dogs at a beach house is a little much but Kathleen was kind enough to let them all stay. We had Mikey, my dad's dog, Codi, my brother's dog and, of course, Hercules. Had Ken's birthday dinner at Paddy's on the beach. We managed to talk dad into buying us a round of drinks and they weren't your ordinary drinks. You know those tropical drinks where you get to keep the fancy glass for $16 each??? Some of us got a little silly! It was fun. On Sunday, Amanda, Jaclyn and her girlfriend stopped in for a BBQ and we did a lot of catching up on their lives.
