We've been in dad's driveway now for close to three weeks. I suppose it could be worse but it's not much fun either. Dad is doing pretty well for 83 years old. He has a nurse and a home health aid come in twice a week and meals on wheels. He sleeps a lot during the day.
Denis' mom has been in and out of the hospital and rehab for about two months. Denis visits her every day to pray the divine mercy rosary and give her communion. The doctor's aren't sure when or if she'll be able to go home.
As for ourselves, we are getting all tuned up physically. Annual blood test, chiropractor, dentist and optometrist.
We made renovations in the motorhome. We removed the sofa and put in two recliners, built-in a remote hydralic lift with custom cabinet for the television and removed the overhead television. Now we have theater seating and loving it.
Getting restless here and look forward to heading to the beach... any beach!!
