We left the Cape early because Denis' mom said she needed 24/7 care, was told not to drive and had a doctor's appointment. She was happy to see us and is doing amazingly well after all she's been through.
I even think dad was happy to see me. Dad is tired and sleeps off and on all day long. He has no energy and no desire to do anything. I'm making arrangements for someone to visit him everyday for at least an hour. Thank God, even his desire to drive his car is diminishing.
