Only a few days left before we begin our great adventure. We had a nice dinner at the St. Bernard Restaurant with Daniel, Marie-Pier and Christi last night (this time Daniel picked up the tab ... it's our birthday and Christmas gifts). It was our last time together as a family until we get back in the spring of 2014. I will miss them very much and I'm glad that Denis had the foresight to set them up on ooVoo video so we can talk and see them during our travels.
We'll be leaving St-Ferreol on Thursday. Our plans are to visit St-Jean and Arcadia National Park before spending a week in dad's driveway. We'll be taking the scenic road through Maine which should be very pretty.
We plan on getting to Florida on the 3rd of November and will be spending Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years there. I'm looking forward to warming up.
