Winterhaven, CA - Just a beautiful day in paradise
Found a GREAT massage therapist in Yuma at Crystal Spa. Kim was trained in Korea and did one year apprentice in New York. I firmly believe that Asians are better at massage than Americans (just my opinion). Denis went first while I practiced yoga and meditation. All the moaning and groaning that came from his room was distracting. I thought she was killing him. Kim called him an old baby, which I thought was extremely funny. In Denis' defense, he had some old injuries that needed special attention.
Then it was my turn and she found every sore spot I had. No pain until she got to my left leg and I thought I was going to fly off the table. I think she found the problem with my knee.
By the time she finished with us, all we could do is relax and soak in the hot tub. No pain, no gain.
Well, got to rush off to make myself another green salad and warm up some cauliflower.. yum! No one said this detox was going to be easy.
You know what's funny, is all the blogs I read tonight had photos of food, pizza, scallops .... are you guys torturing me? Oh yeah and when we went to the hot tub tonight the smell of hamburgers grilling almost made me faint. LOL
Self inflicted torture? No for me thanks.
