Free parking, free entrance and nice hiking

The morning whizzed by with phone calls and routine stuff.  We made it a point to get out after lunch and do some hiking.  Coachella Valley Preserve is only ten minutes from the campground and has a bunch of trails so we headed there again.  The sun was warm but the wind was gusting around 20 mph and, of course, it was a head wind to start off.  We battled the wind for about 3 miles and couldn't take it any more.  That's okay, it was just nice to get out of the park and get some exercise.

Decisions .... decisions

When we got back to the park, our one-day delivery from Staples was waiting for us.  Our printer/scanner/fax has been glitching for a while and it was time for a new one.  We got the HP8600 and within 20 minutes Denis had it installed and printing beautiful hassle-free 4x6 postcard photos.  Yeah!
