ANOTHER EXCITING DAY FOR THE LETENDRES

Settled in to a nice place right next door to Tony and Mieke.  Today we drove over to  Mexico for teeth cleaning and Denis had four small cavities.  I have been looking for a pair of turquoise earrings to replace the one I lost and got what I think is a good deal.  I got the earrings and a ring, which I didn't need, but really liked, for $30.

We wanted to check out a co-op park in Yuma and headed that way.  While we were at a red light waiting to make a right turn on red, we were rear-ended.  Unbelievable, why is it when you get a brand new car it feels like you're a target.  Well, our first scratch is over and done with. Unfortunately, it was a small pickup truck that hit us high and didn't connect with the bumper and we have damage to the car.  Now we can look forward to the hassle of working with the insurance company and having the repairs made.  UGH!  We'll probably have to locate a good chiropractor in the area for an adjustment.  The aches are starting already.

The sunset tonight was spectacular and I had to share it with you all.

That's all folks.  Thanks for stopping in.

  3. Noooooo!! Not your new car!! I am so sorry to hear that. At least you are in a wonderful area while you wait for the repairs. And I agree - there is just nothing like an Arizona sunset.
