LEARNING HOW TO RELAX AND DO NOTHING

We're not doing much and rather enjoying it.  With the temperatures being cooler than usual we feel like we're hibernating but we're not complaining.  We like walking in the park because if we walk up and down each street and all the way around, it takes us almost 45 minutes and that makes for a healthy brisk walk.  Still loving the fresh citrus we can pick off the trees along the way.

We needed to get creative to get to the fruit

Got it
Love juicing up one grapefruit and one orange for breakfast
Next door to our new favorite Chiropractor is a great pizza place.  New York style thin crust pizza is their specialty and it was very tasty.

I ate four pieces and Denis ate the rest - easy to do with the thin crust
Today we went for a massage at All About Massage in Palm Desert.  It was the best massage I've EVER gotten.  The owner, Masaru, trained in Thailand and has 23 years of experience.  He found muscles I didn't know existed and his "tummy" massage releases pent-up emotions, stimulates the digestive system and releases stress ... it was wonderful.

That's all folks!  Thanks for stopping in.

  1. Learning to relax was not something I had to do. Comes naturally.

  2. Relaxing is good, took us a couple years, but now it works real well. Enjoy taking it easy, stop and smell the roses. or orange, grapefruits, pizza, its all good.
