A nice sunny Sunday. We went with Tony & Mieke to the 11:30 mass and then to IHop for lunch. I suffered watching everyone enjoy their eggs, pancakes and toast. Denis ordered oatmeal with two fried eggs. I ended up with the closest thing I could find that was dairy and gluten-free. Chicken, pecan, citrus salad. Actually, it was very good and huge so I didn't go away hungry.
By the time we got back it was 2:30 with enough time to sit outside and soak in some vitamin D. By 3:30 it was already getting chilly and it was time to put the turkey breast on the Weber grill.

The Turkey breast on the Weber is looking tasty.
ReplyDeleteSeeing Denis sitting there in shorts is making me very jealous. We just had our first measurable snowfall with no sun and the temperature is still dropping. Unfortunately we're staying put this winter as we get ready to start Fulltiming in the spring.
Be Safe and Enjoy!
It's about time.
Gotta love cooking on the Weber Q, love those turkey breasts.
