Palm Springs, CA - Sunny and warm
Tony picked up Denis at 9:30 this morning and they drove to Yuma to check out a gun show. That means I had a whole day to myself which doesn't happen very often.
I had a wonderful yoga practice done with mindfulness, meditation and slow movements. Took a morning and an afternoon bike ride, swam laps in the pool until it got too crowded and soaked up some sun with my Kindle finishing a good book - Rescue the Captors, a true situation involving Columbian Marxist Guerrillas and the kidnapping of a missionary.
Yuma is two hours one-way from our campground and they didn't have any luck at the gun show. They had better luck at a RV supply store. Denis bought some low-heat light bulbs for above the sink, a RV holding tank vent and some little rubber gaskets for the grate on the kitchen stove.
Life is good and God is great.
Nothing quite like a relaxing day by yourself.
