Just realized how long its been since my last post - almost a week has passed. I could say we've been really busy and haven't had the time but that would be a lie. We have been taking each day as it comes, making no plans or appointments. We wake up naturally, enjoy a couple cups of coffee with breakfast and a good book. Most days we spend some time on the computer, relax in the sunshine, practice yoga/taichi, take a walk or bike around the park for a few miles, visit with our neighbors, make a nice healthy dinner and watch a movie in the evening. Of course, we make time for scripture readings in the morning, going to mass on Sundays and reciting the Chaplet of the Divine Mercy at 3PM each day.
Denis' mom has had a few health issues but has a wonderful zest for life and is doing remarkably well.

My dad is raising hell in the assisted living area at the Soldier's Home and they've threatened to move him into the nursing home upstairs if he doesn't cooperate. He's frustrated with his loss of memory but is doing okay.

Christi is busy at work and is in a committed relationship although they have yet to move in together. She loves having her apartment and taking the metro to work.

Daniel is trying to catch up on all the work he missed while visiting us for two weeks. I don't completely understand his relationship with his former girlfriend who moved out and has moved back in because they share the mortgage payment but it works for them.

That's all folks! Thanks for stopping in.
Nice to see that you are actually taking it easy for a change.
